Returns

An item you ordered does not fit?

You can return the item(s) to us using the form provided (without payment slip). If you do not have the form, you can download the online returns form here .

Important! Returns will only be accepted with the returns form.

Please keep the parcel number of the return shipment in a safe place for any follow-up questions.

Right of withdrawal

Goods received which do not fit for various reasons must be returned within 14 days at the latest. The invoice will be canceled or refunded in case of prepayment. This requires the bank account number to be stated with the return shipment.

In the event of a return without reason, this must be noted in writing. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you.
